For my build, I was going for a clean and sterile look, hence, no bling, and NO RGB! This fit the bill perfectly. I watched lots of reviews on NZXT motherboards. I chose this one with the intent to buy as many NZXT components as possible in order to maintain uniformity.This MB has been amazing. I only have the essentials and no unnecessary peripherals in terms of my needs. I initially had 1 m.2 drive and ran an older Radeon RX 5500 XT. Within a couple weeks I completed the build with the purchase of a Radeon RX 7900 XT.Everything runs seamlessly, I didn’t have to upgrade the BIOS to run the 5900X that I am using on it. Enabling settings for OC and AMD Smart Access Memory is obvious, you don’t have to go digging through menus, so setup was plug and play.Wi-Fi , and the 2.5Gbps LAN connections are amazing, perform wonderfully, assuming you have the home broadband service to take advantage of the tech.As of writing this review AM5 is here and the cost difference is negligible, so going the AM4 route may not be feasible, unless the cost drops dramatically.

    I got this for my gaming pc build and it works great. I personally went with NZXT because it seemed to he a reliable brand for a affordable price. I was also going for a deep dark aesthetic. I recommend looking into building your own pc because you can get way better parts without such a high price point. PC part picker is a great place to go to find compatible parts and at the lowest prices. I bought mine all at once to capitalize on electronic sales, where other people buying one at a time couldn't capitalize on as easily. Make sure to do your research, but it is worth the investment and a good hobby to build in today's world.

    I had been a diehard ASUS fan for years...recently however, their quality has been getting a tad worse, not to mention my last mobo I got from them fried my brand new Ryzen 5950x.
    I decided to make a jump and got this bad boy, and here are my list of perks:

    Pros:
    Easy to install: all the components went in nicely, had little issues getting everything where they needed to be
    Great M2 locations: I love the M2 slots are covered and it has a cooling fan for them as all
    Incredibly clean design: I was getting rather tired of every single mobo looking like a cheese fest, this is a step in the right direction
    Bios functionality: I like that it has all the bells and whistles you'd need/want for all you OC needs, I'm still noodling around, but the TPM was easy to find for a win11 build like mine
    Actually supports 128gb ram: description misleading this model DOES support 4 sticks up to 128gb of RAM
    Fits huge GPU: installed my EVA FTW3 3090 without issues, fits snug and securely
    Quite a few fan slots: more cooling right ;)
    Wifi6 support: 1gb wifi is never a bad thing and I do like it has the antennaes vs the long cables fin like ASUS
    CMOS reset easily accessible: bios flash and CMOS reset on rear of unit, very good for when the time comes to require that
    Metric buttload of USB ports: I have quite a few things to plug in, this was a delightful perk as well

    Cons:
    Only one CPU fan slot: this kinda sucks if you have a pump for your CPU (Which if you OC a 5090x, you need to do this it does run hotter) not a huge deal as I paired with the case fan connector so it does it's job...just would be nice
    M2 slots can be annoying: although I like them, the tiny screw with the M2 slot can fallout during install and can get under the heatsinks, kind of annoying.... But only during disk installs

    Anyhow... The cons are minor, but so far this thing is meeting my expectations quite nicely

    When building a budget pc, I really think this is one of the best choices (if not the best) for motherboards. This is especially true when making an all-white build. There are a lot of options for black motherboards, and this is still one of the best, but when choosing from white motherboards, I am hands down saying this one is the best aesthetic-wise and functionality-wise.

    The super clean design allows it to look twice the amount for it's price point. Her pc came out really nice, and after 8 months of successfully building it, we have not had any issues with it. I will not name the brand name, but my main regret with my motherboard is I did not check whether or not it came with bluetooth + wifi. this one DOES come with bluetooth and wifi straight off the box (no need to buy additional parts to have these features). So, make sure to check that when buying any motherboard.

    i have always loved nzxt. they have the best support, components look amazing, and somewhat affordable. i have always loved this motherboard. i wanted to get it when it was still in an intel chipset but it didn’t really make sense because it was an old chipset. i’m so glad they released this in b550 because i’ve been waiting years to get it. i believe it’s an asrock motherboard with nzxt branding. i love the white plate that covers the whole board, looks really modern. there is no rgb but i think the paint job makes up for it. be aware that the plate makes it difficult to plug in the internal usb c header so if you have a usb c front io that is bent such as in the 011 dynamic, you will not be able to plug it in.

    Apparently, there is a chance that when you order this board, you get one which was made around the same time when the 5000 Series came out. In this case, the boards firmware will be outdated and won't recognize the CPU, preventing it from booting. This is what happened to me and it was an absolute pain in my ass to figure out that this was the problem. I had to order a different mainboard from a different manufacturer to have a working PC again. I wrote NZXT customer support but they haven't responded after 4 days. All around one of the worst experiences ever...

    デザイン全振りで名高いNZXTのマザーボードです。嘘です。
    今回のマザーボードの使い勝手は滅茶苦茶高いです。特に配線まわりのレイアウトは隠しやすく、NZXTのケースと組み合わせて使うとその使い勝手にびっくりします。
    一見高額ですが、無線LAN、Bluetoosh 一体型IOパネルを備える白いマザーボードという条件をかけると地味にコスパがいいです。徹底的に配線減らしてやるぜの強い意志を感じます。
    これならMacにコンプレックスを感じている人もニッコリです。
    さて、このマザーボード、デフォルト設定ではWin11がインストールできません。BIOS画面でセキュアブートとfTPMをＯＮにしないとなりません。それさえ抜ければ別に問題ないです。
    ただしBIOSのセキュアブート部分は日本語訳できてません。メニューの日本語表示とは何だったのか。
    USB切断問題については最新BIOSに先に更新してしまえば問題ないでしょう。

    M.2SSDの蓋は冷却板ではないですが、CreativeCloudインストール時に測ってみても50度前後で推移してました。意外と冷えてるナンデ？

    I am a massive fan of the covers on the board so this review may be a bit biased, however I’ve found the BIOS on this board so simplistic and easy to use has been a great experience for me.

    Also this board is stunning and if you don’t like the raw look of a board like me this is the way to go the only downside is the price 👍
