Budget friendly, these are excellent processors for gaming and general use. Powerful enough to give a satisfying experience without a lot of money spent. This was paired with an ASUS 970 Pro Gaming/Aura MB and they worked very nicely together, very stable with Windows 10. Given the small performance increase the FX-8370 is over the FX-8350 and the price difference the 8350 is a better buy. The base clock speed (4 GHz) is the same on both but the 8370 has a slightly higher “Max Turbo” (4.3 vs. 4.2) so this difference is very small. An overclocking motherboard will negate the difference. Maybe in overclocking the 8370 has a higher headroom but I haven’t seen it personally. These two Cinebench are virtually identical. Also have an 8350 on the same mb.
